Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji, a medical doctor turned businessman is a 1983 graduate of the
University of Lagos Medical School and has taken courses at the Lagos Business
School. He is a member and a recipient of the “Award of Excellence” of the Nigerian
Institute of Management.
Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Elshcon Nigeria
Limited and P.M.C. Nigeria Limited, was a former commissioner and Special Adviser to
the Rivers State Government. He was Chairman West African Glass Industry Plc. He is
also a Director of Wetlands Health Services (Health Insurance), and a National award
recipient. Dr. Emi Membere-Otaji who enjoys reading biographies, listening to Christian
and jazz music is a member of both the Port Harcourt Polo and Golf clubs.
Mr. Okey Odu holds a first Degree in History from the Imo State University, Nigeria. He also holds the Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN), and he has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of the National Institute of Marketing (AMNIM).
Mr. Odu started his Insurance career with Universal Insurance Company Limited from where he moved to MINET Insurance Brokers. He later became the Insurance officer of Nigeria-Arab Bank (later Assurance Bank). He moved to assume the position of head of marketing at Royal Property and Casualty Assurance (later Royal Trust Assurance).
Mr. Odu, from here joined Standard Alliance Insurance as the pioneer head of brokers marketing unit and rose to become the Regional Director in charge of Eastern Operations. He later rose to the position of General Manager Operations and corporate services.
Mrs Enevo Onomivbori holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos.
She also holds the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Delta State
University Abraka.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London (ACII). She is also an
Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACPN) and a Fellow of the
Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIIN).
Mrs Onomivbori started her insurance career with NICON Insurance Corporation and
thereafter worked at various times with Aremott Banwill & Co Insurance Brokers and Highgate Insurance Brokers. She later worked with Wapic Insurance Plc where she held various strategic operations and business development positions and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager (Sales).
Mrs Onomivbori, is a consummate insurance professional and business strategist with
over 20 years of cognate experience.

Mr Ezekiel Azimohor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rivers
state university.
He began his career with communications network support Services
limited as an Accounts officer. He also worked with Wemy industries as a depot
accountant, and also Destiny ICT centre as the Accountant before joining BSL.
He is an Associate of the Institite of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He is our Head of Finance and corporates services.
Mrs. Juliet Gabriel- Whyte holds the Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Auchi Polytechnic.
She also holds the post graduate Diploma in management from the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rivers Sate, together with the Associations of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).
Mrs. Juliet Gabriel-Whyte has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry spanning technical operations, business development and strategy, Administration and human resource managements, among others.
Prior to joining BSL, She worked with Industrial and General Insurance Company Ltd.
She is our General Manager, Operations.
Miss Ezeogu holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Marketing from the Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.
She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
Prior to joining BSL, she worked with NSIA Insurance Ltd as a Business Development Officer where she gained experience in client services, product development, and strategy.
She is our Head of Business Development and Strategy.
Mr. Adeosun holds a Bsc.(Hons) degree in Sociology from The Lead City University, Ibadan.
He worked with Connect rail logistics as Facility Manager and later moved to Mutual Alliance Insurance Brokers Limited where he was deployed in the business development and client services development, prior to joining BSL.
He is our Business Manager, Lagos/Western Operations.
Mr. Chukwuma holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Political/Administrative studies from the
University of Port Harcourt. He started his Insurance career with the then Jubilee
Insurance Company and at various times worked with Royal Exchange Assurance,
PRODECO Nigeria Limited, and AIICO Insurance.
Mr. Chukwuma has over three decades of experience in Insurance technical operations
and claims management.
He is our Head of Technical Operations Department.
